Our Palliative Care at home service, supports adults who have been diagnosed with a life-threatening illness and wish to remain in the comfort of their own homes where they feel safe and at peace.
We aim to support you during this difficult time, making life more comfortable for everyone involved.
We will ensure that you are treated with dignity and respect throughout in line with our companies values and objectives and provide additional support where required. We will also ensure that the carers provided to care for you meet your needs and reflect your personality. Our staff are compassionate and sensitive, trained in delivery of palliative care. We will work alongside other social care providers and professionals such as District Nurses, Palliative Care Team, Physiotherapists, GP, to ensure that we provide you with the right care, dependent on your individual needs.
