What is Domiciliary Care?
Domiciliary care is defined as a range of services which provide professional support to individuals with their day-to-day life and want to remain in the comfort of their home. Services may involve companionship, support with routine household tasks within or outside the home, personal care of the client and other associated domestic services necessary to maintain an individual in an acceptable level of health, hygiene, dignity and safety.
With domiciliary care support in place you will be able to maintain your quality of life and independence, surrounded by your loved ones.
The services we deliver are adaptable and personalised, allowing you to receive the care that you need at the right time. We tailor our care services to suit your needs, whether this is short-term or long-term. Our aim is to support you to stay in the comfort of your own home.
Our approach
We are experienced healthcare professionals, with over 10 years of experience in person-centred care, providing exceptional and bespoke care to various clients. Our registered manager worked as a Corporate safeguarding lead for the NHS and private healthcare sector across 15 hospitals. Our director has vast experience as a senior mental health practitioner across NHS, Private, Community settings and Social care.

With our consistent, highly trained, carefully selected carers, we aim to work with you and your loved ones to implement a bespoke care plan tailored to your needs.
We provide home care services from the age of 18 to end of life care, inclusive of specialist services. We pride ourselves in being patient, kind, empowering, compassionate and ensuring that we deliver care to your individual standard. If you are considering care for yourself or a loved one, we can offer support by devising a care plan with you to suit their needs.

Our Staff
At CaringHeart Homecare we ensure that our staff are fully trained, compassionate, empathic and understand your individual care and support needs. We also support other services such as care home and charities by providing staff for temporary and emergency cover.
24 Hour Care and Live-In carer
At CaringHeart Homecare, we provide visits on an hourly, 12 hourly and 24-hour care. Visits can be arranged daily throughout the day and night. If you require care at specified times, you can contact us to make private arrangements and we will accommodate you. If you require a Live-in carer we can arrange for a carer to move in and live with you.
Personal Care
Our discreet personal care services provides you with dignified support with your day-to-day living, empowering you to live independently. Services include: Social Companionship, Medicine management and administration, Bathing, Continence, Dressing, Bed Routing, Mealtimes, Household Tasks.
Elderly Care
Elderly care is a term which encompasses different types of care and support, including companionship and help with daily tasks and personal cares such as bathing, continence and support with everyday activities of daily living.
Specialist Care Services
Specialist home care services is about creating a comprehensive person-centred plan based on your individual needs. At CaringHeart Homecare we care for clients with a variety of health and support care needs. Specialist services include: Palliative care, Cancer care, Neurological and Sensory disorders, Physical Disability, Rehabilitation at home and Parkinson’s.
Dementia Care
Excellent dementia care focuses on engagement, consistency, and stable routines which can limit the negative impacts of dementia on you and your loved ones. Our skilled and friendly carers provide person-centred care with the aim of promoting independence, well-being and meeting the needs of our clients.
Hospital and Home
We can provide support to people who have been discharged from hospital or people who are in the process of discharge planning. We will ensure that you have a comfortable transition from the Hospital or healthcare services toy you home.
End of Life Care
End of life care involves treatment, care and support for people who are thought to be in the last year of their life. At CaringHeart Homecare we offer specialised care through intricate care planning, empathy and comfortability during a difficult time for you and your loved ones.
Providing you with outstanding care
All your appointments will take place in the comfort of your own home with your loved ones to support you. We will personalise your care plan to meet your individual needs and complete robust risks assessments to ensure that you are safe in your home.
